Debrief, the AI visibility agent, costs $5,000 per month for 1,000 prompts, and your first 25 prompts are free. All prices are in US dollars.

A prompt is the unit Debrief is billed in: one shopper question, put to every AI assistant in your scope (ChatGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao), with the answers analysed in your report. The Growth plan includes 1,000 prompts a month; unused prompts expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. Ask us about extra prompts or larger volumes.

Debrief asks 5 AI assistants: ChatGPT and Gemini (Western) and DeepSeek, Qwen and Doubao (Chinese), all with live web search. Each gets the same shopper questions, in the languages of the markets you choose, so you can compare Western and Chinese AI side by side.

Every Debrief includes an executive verdict, your visibility funnel, share of voice and sentiment against named competitors, a Western vs Chinese AI comparison, the sources the assistants cite, a content gap map and an action plan. Launch and market-entry reports add target audience and positioning. Reports come in English, Simplified or Traditional Chinese.

The Base Report Layer ($1 per SKU per month) includes product, price and promotion monitoring, stock status, new listing discovery and structured raw data reports, with each product matched across the retailers and marketplaces you choose.

Chat BI is a native chat on top of your Checkafy data. Business users ask questions in plain language, such as which SKUs lost price share this week, and get answers, trends and charts without SQL or an analyst. It is available to early-access customers and quoted on your data scope.

Checkafy tracks 70+ retailers and marketplaces today, most of them in Hong Kong and Thailand, including HKTVmall, Watsons, Mannings, Shopee and Lazada. We add retailers and markets to your scope on request. Debrief questions can target markets across Asia, including mainland China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
